The first time you walk into the studio you will be greeted warmly by one of our DRF staff!
We ask that you leave your shoes at the door if participating in a yoga class, and bring a change of tennis shoes to wear during a strength training class. We pride ourselves on a cleanly environment, so having a distinct pair of studio workout shoes is a must.

Upon arrival, put any personal belongings in a cubby, wash your hands in one of the two bathrooms and see your instructor for any help getting settled for your class.
We have a water station at the studio to refill your water bottle at any time, and bringing your own “sweat towel” is encouraged.
During these COVID times, the studio and all equipment used during class is disinfected after each class. The studio gets fogged with a disinfectant cleaner daily as well. We ask that you wash your hands both before and after class and try and not touch your face during class. There is hand sanitizer placed around the studio for use at any time.

What We Offer
We currently offer 20+ Fitness & Yoga classes per week focusing on: Small Group Fitness Training, Kickboxing, Vinyasa Flow, Candlelight Restorative, Slow Flow, Yin/Deep Stretch, Yoga Strength, Barre Yoga Fusion, and Yoga Nidra.
