Welcome to Lewis Center’s first Yoga Studio. We soft launched in April, 2018 by offering free classes to Debbie’s current fitness clients so that Debbie could interview and find the very best Yoga Instructors for the studio. We have over 10 of the best in Central Ohio working at Debbie Reichert Fitness & Yoga. We officially launched on May 1st, 2018 with classes targeting any level of Yoga and we even have Yoga for kids/children! Check out the 15+ Classes and a spotlight on each of our Instructors.
We are currently offering 30+ Fitness & Yoga classes per week focusing on: Group Fitness, Candlelight Restorative, Hatha Flow, Little Yogis (Kids), POUND, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Strength Training Bootcamp, Tween Yogis and Vinyasa Flow.
Our Yoga studio in Lewis Center is conveniently located near Delaware, Dublin, Polaris area, Powell, Westerville and Worthington.

I have been training with Debbie in small groups for 4 1/2 years. I was super excited when Debbie added yoga to the studio. I felt this is exactly what I needed to help my tight hamstrings, hips, and lower back. I spent a lot of time on the foam roller but I needed more. I bought the unlimited yoga pass the first month so that I could see what classes I wanted to take. I quickly learned how awesome all of these instructors are and I was hooked!
I wasn’t sure if I would be able to practice yoga knowing that we are barefoot. I have severe arthritis in my big toe and was told that I needed surgery. Yoga is actually helping my arthritis. I am gaining movement and flexibility in my toe that I was told would not return. I also started noticing changes when lifting weights. My form started getting better and I had much more flexibility in my hips, hamstrings, and lower back. My recovery times are much better and I am not walking around constantly sore. I have also learned how important proper breathing is while working out. Knowing how to breathe is helping me with everything from lifting weights to cardio.
Besides the changes that I have noticed during small groups, I am learning to face fears and try new things that I had no idea that I would ever be able to do. When an instructor asks me to try something new or challenging, I do it knowing that they have confidence in me. We are often presented with a word of the day, lesson of the week, or just an inspiring story. I look forward to these and have passed them on to my family. I have also noticed a decrease in anxiety and stress as yoga is teaching me to be more present in the moment.
My daughter and I took the partner yoga class together. We learned what it feels like to be truly supported and that it’s ok to lean on each other and accept help from others. I leave every single class feeling stronger and more confident. I have gained so much more than I ever expected. I am very thankful for these amazing instructors and look forward to learning so much more!
