Class Descriptions
A Vinyasa yoga practice that includes both standing and floor postures that will build strength, flexibility, balance and connection. Poses vary from gentle to challenging, both modifications and advanced options of the poses are offered, and emphasis is on breath and alignment. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis.

Studio Review
I have been training with Debbie in small groups for 4 1/2 years. I was super excited when Debbie added yoga to the studio. I felt this is exactly what I needed to help my tight hamstrings, hips, and lower back. I spent a lot of time on the foam roller but I needed more. I bought the unlimited yoga pass the first month so that I could see what classes I wanted to take. I quickly learned how awesome all of these instructors are and I was hooked!

All of the yoga teachers at the studio are either 200 or 500 hour certified instructors.
This is NOT a cookie cutter studio with cookie cutter teachers teaching the same class all the time. All of our yoga teachers bring their own personality and skillset to the table, offering our clients a wide variety of help and support to take their practice both on and off the mat.
